The equipment is designed in such a way that it meets both quality and food safety requirements. Each of the intervening equipment is covered under a maintenance plan to prevent failures during production.
Our staff is trained for the safe handling of food through approved external training. These training sessions are conducted annually, and a follow-up and evaluation are carried out by our Technical staff.
Our Technical department works continuously to meet our clients' requirements in terms of product quality and service, conducting exhaustive controls throughout the production process.
We have a computer system that guarantees 100% traceability of each raw material involved in the manufacturing process and the final product.
We periodically conduct internal examinations of traceability, including ascending, descending, and independent process traceability exams.
